Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

 

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

 

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

• If the item is in stock in our U.S. warehouse, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

• If the item ships from outside the U.S., delivery typically takes around 10 business days.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

 

 

International Shipping

 

• We currently ship to selected countries outside the U.S.

• 🌎 Free international shipping – no extra cost at checkout.

• Delivery time: ~10–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

• All orders are shipped duties & customs included, so you will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

 

 

Delays

 

While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, please note that delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or customs clearance.

Returns

 

• We accept returns of unused items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

• To start a return, please contact us at support@golfgripgalaxy.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

 

 

Refunds

 

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email notification.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

• Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

 

 

Exchanges

 

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We’ll gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

 

 

International Orders

 

• At this time, we do not accept international returns or exchanges.

• All international orders are final sale.
